The moon is on the news these days, so let's have a moon pic for good measure...
This is the wall of a small building on the edge of a property along the main road between Kita-Kamakura and Kamakura stations. The moon and the rabbit are small windows, likely illuminating a traditional Japanese room, possibly a tea room.
And yeah, kudos to the four rabbits who managed to get there and all the people who were behind them!
Anna is altijd al van het zuinige soort geweest en selectief in de uitgaven. Daar weten haar vriendinnen alles van. De skere 21-jarige organiseert vandaag slechts een 21-toetje voor al haar vriendinnen. Toch een mooie kans voor haar vriendinnen om te zien waar hun vriendin is opgegroeid, vindt ze.
“Typisch Anna”, constateert vriendin Maldrike. “Ze zal eens een rondje geven, of in dit geval voor een speciale gelegenheid uitpakken. Maar ach, we zijn het inmiddels gewend.”
Anna geeft aan dat ze de afgelopen maand heeft geprobeerd kosten te besparen door vier keer per week bij haar ouders te gaan avondeten, maar al het geld wat ze daarmee bespaarde, ging linea recta de kassa van de soos in voor bier. Dus zitten veertien dames nu aan een lange tafel bij het ouderlijk huis van Anna in Hoorn. Omdat er alleen een 21-toetje is, is er slechts tijd voor een kort praatje voorafgaand aan het toetje.
“Ze heeft haar prioriteiten toch altijd net even anders liggen dan de rest,” vertelt Anna’s moeder terwijl ze de toetjes aan het prepareren is. “Ik heb haar de afgelopen week wel vier pakketjes van de Zara zien meesmokkelen naar haar studentenwoning, die ze per ongeluk hier had laten bezorgen, maar budget voor een diner was er zogenaamd niet.”
Als vriendin Lonneke, met wie Anna ooit in het bestuur van Studententennisvereniging STV Breakpoint heeft gezeten, halverwege de eerste anekdote over een dronken avond en een tongworstelpartij met het broertje van een mede-bestuurslid zit, komen de ouders van Anna aangelopen met dienbladen. Alle genodigden krijgen een mooi glas gevuld met vlaflip voor hun neus.
