De voorlichting van Medisch Centrum Kinderwens voldeed niet en de kliniek hield zich niet aan de norm van 25 kinderen per donor. Dat blijkt uit een kritisch rapport van de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd. „Ik kan het verleden niet veranderen, maar ik ben er wel voor het heden en de toekomst.”

That means every device that uses GPS has been receiving hidden government information for years, and nobody outside the military knew it until now.

Murdoch discovered that this particular sentinel was transmitted by all 31 operational satellites within a window of a few hours on May 26, 2011, potentially heralding the activation of a new operational system. He confirmed that this timeline coincided with the rollout of the military’s Over-the-Air Distribution (OTAD) and the Over-the-Air Rekeying (OTAR) by cross-referencing declassified documents, including a 2015 presentation about the dates of the operation.

“There was a perfect match between the timeline and that presentation and the change points that were automatically identified from the data,” Murdoch said. “That was the smoking gun that made me think: This is what it’s for.”

These automated systems replaced the cumbersome manual distribution of cryptographic keying material, allowing military GPS receivers around the world to be rekeyed remotely through satellite broadcasts rather than through onsite procedures.

De gemeente Rotterdam gaat Miniworld niet helpen. Dat maakt wethouder Pascal Lansink-Bastemeijer duidelijk in een brief aan de gemeenteraad. Maandag werd bekend dat de miniatuurwereld, die in maart 2007 de deuren opende, failliet gaat. De wethouder legt uit dat de gemeente al meerdere keren heeft bijgesprongen. “Miniworld heeft niet voldaan aan de gestelde voorwaarden."

​De familie Bellinga zet een punt achter haar kinderen. Ouders Daniel (42) en Fara (38) maakten vandaag dit moeilijke besluit wereldkundig op hun vlogkanaal De Bellinga’s. Hun beslissing volgt nadat gisteren bekend werd dat de overheid wetgeving wil invoeren waarin het kinderen tot 15 jaar wordt verboden om ingezet te worden voor commerciële vlogs.

“Met diepe bedroefdheid maken we aan jullie bekend dat Luan, Lucilla, Luxy en Lucius niet meer in onze vlogs te zien zullen zijn”, vertelt een snikkende moeder Fara. “Ik begrijp dat het voor jullie even wennen zal zijn, voor ons is dat ook zo, maar we beloven er het beste van te maken. Gelukkig worden we daarbij getroost door dit mooie nieuwe beautyproduct van Rituals.”

Vader Daniël spreekt van een ‘onmenselijke keuze’ die hem door de overheid wordt opgedrongen: “Moet je opeens kiezen tussen je vlogkanaal en je kinderen, dat mag je niet van een mens verwachten. We hebben dat kanaal al sinds 2013, dat is langer dan een aantal van onze kinderen. We vinden het ongelooflijk dat de overheid zo ingrijpt. Waar je ook eens in moet grijpen, is deze overheerlijke nieuwe smaak Lays-chips.”

Ondanks de tegenslag gaat het nu kinderloze stel niet bij de pakken neerzitten. “We moeten ons ook focussen op de mooie dingen in het leven: de engagement van de video’s waarin we ze op verschillende plekken in Nederland achterlaten. ‘LUCIUS ACHTERLATEN BIJ EEN BRANDWEERKAZERNE?’ heeft het ontzettend goed gedaan, ‘GAAT LUXY DIT DONKERE BOS HELEMAAL ALLEEN IN??!!’ ook. Toen kwam ‘60 JAAR OVERLEVEN OP EEN PARKEERPLAATS CHALLENGE MET LUCILLA’, een kaskraker. En toen moest ‘WAAR IS LUAN?!??! (IN EEN WIT BUSJE) nog komen. Echt mega.”

De Bellinga’s gaat nog wel gewoon door: de ouders blijven hun belevenissen op beeld vastleggen. “Wat wij allemaal meemaken is zó interessant, daar heb je gelukkig niet per se kinderen bij nodig.”

MEXICO-STAD (ANP/RTR) - Komende donderdag, de dag van de opening van het WK voetbal, moeten alle ambtenaren in Mexico-Stad thuiswerken en blijven alle scholen dicht. Dat heeft president Claudia Sheinbaum besloten uit angst voor verkeerschaos in de Mexicaanse hoofdstad.

Mexico-Stad verwacht veel bezoekers in de stad op de dag van de openingswedstrijd. Gastland Mexico speelt dan om 15.00 uur lokale tijd tegen Zuid-Afrika.

Maar niet alleen de bezoekers kunnen voor chaos zorgen op de wedstrijddag; mogelijk komen er ook protesten. Een lerarenvakbond heeft gedreigd met grote demonstraties als de regering hun eisen niet daarvoor tegemoetkomt.

Sheinbaum heeft maandag gegarandeerd dat de opening "vreedzaam" zal verlopen.

TALLINN (ANP/RTR) - Oekraïne en Letland hebben een dronedeal getekend tijdens een top in Tallinn. Op X deelt de Oekraïense president Volodymyr Zelensky beelden van het tekenmoment in de Letse hoofdstad.

"Onze landen hebben vandaag een belangrijke stap voorwaarts gezet", aldus Zelensky. Hoewel hij niet toelicht wat de deal precies behelst, zei de Letse premier Andris Kulbergs dat deze Letland in staat stelt zijn technologische kennis uit te bouwen en handvatten biedt voor gezamenlijke productie.

Zelensky zei eerder dat tal van landen inmiddels interesse hebben in dronecontracten met Oekraïne. Zo werd in de marge van de Four Freedoms Awards in Middelburg, waarvan Zelensky en het Oekraïense volk dit jaar een van de laureaten zijn, in april ook door Nederland een dronedeal gesloten. Defensie kondigde toen aan 248 miljoen euro vrij te maken voor gezamenlijke droneproductie.

Noorwegen, ook aanwezig in Tallinn, kondigde dinsdag aan omgerekend 109 miljoen euro te investeren in maritieme drones voor Oekraïne.
